“Cantilever Scape”

Housing is conceived as the sum of basic modules (3.50mx 9.00m): compact or open configurations are the result of specific spatial and volumetric aims. Single, double or triple levels provide different views of the city while defining articulated outdoor spaces.

Spatial flexibility is ubiquitous, affecting both the module assemblage and building aggregation as a whole: a variable, vertical - yet controlled - stratification.

The structure of CANTILEVERSCAPE is naked and bold.

Large freight elevators allow houses, cars, and vehicles to be lifted.

Height is not defined.
